The BEST lender ever. Seriously!! I am a realtor and have done many deals with other lenders and I am just blown away by Sara’s work ethic and determination! She has already helped FOUR of my buyers this year and they all told me how impressed they were with her. She can literally do the impossible! Just recently - my buyer wanted to use his lender that has been helping them get approved for a home for TWO YEARS! He ended up giving us a conventional preapproval. 21 days into closing, they said they gave us the wrong preapproval and the buyer was actually approved for FHA only! This home that they LOVED did not accept FHA loans. We were about to lose our $5,000 binder and this beautiful home!! I called Sara and she got us to the closing table ON TIME!! I am so thankful to have met such a wonderful lender who is committed and amazing at what she does!!

My move was complicated with a challenging sale of an out of state property. Sara demonstrated a great sense of urgency by working with both the buyer's lender and agent to get that property sold while really only being responsible of the home that I was buying. Sara is extremely hardworking, helpful, and is the gold standard of loan officers. I am grateful for having the opportunity to work with her and regret that my words cannot do her justice.

She kept us advised every step of the mortgage process, explaining the reason for every obscure document requested from us. Her manner was friendly and she was always available answering the phone night or day to answer any questions we needed answering. Previously, we had gone directly to banks for our mortgages. We don't believe that we will ever do that again as long as Sara is around to assist in the process.
